Today (18 Dec 67) the Constitutional Court unanimously voted not to accept the petition for consideration in the case of Mr. Sonthiya Sawasdee, a political activist, who petitioned the Constitutional Court to consider and rule according to Section 213 of the Constitution that Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, leader of the Pheu Thai Party and Prime Minister (the defendant) used the digital wallet policy in her campaign for the general election of members of the House of Representatives 2023.
